Training Programmes for Geneva's Homecare Staff
As part of our temp of temporary staff, you are entitled and encouraged to participate in our training programmes. Most of these are provided free of charge by Geneva Health, and are fast becoming a Ministry of Health requirement in order to work in the field of Homecare. All you need to do is book your place and turn up.

Homecare Orientation
This is a Ministry of Health requirement for all Homecarers
Auckland - Monday 3 November
Wellington - Friday 28 November
Bay of Plenty - Monday 1 December
Hamilton - Monday 24 November
Napier - Monday 3 November
Christchurch - Wednesday 5 November
National Certificate in Community Support - Foundation Skills (Level 2) and Core Competencies (Level 3)
These courses are both available through Geneva Health at a cost of $150 and $200 respectively. Geneva Health will also refund a portion of the course if you are still working for us at completion. These are user-friendly courses that can be worked on from home, without giving up work to attend classes.
